auiLEARNING NETWORK (auiLearNet)

The auiLearNet and the Centre for Emotional Literacy and Leadership (CELL) part of the aui Consultants (The Human Process People). auiLearNet is created is a network of learners that intend to pool resources from different parts and from different experts in the field of Applied Behavioural Sciences to share learning and practices in both virtual and face-to-face scenarios.

auiLearNet is a forum dedicated to establishing an environment of experiential learning. It places emotional literacy at the center of an approach to public and private organisations in on and offline environments. It is committed to qualitative human systems development that supports and sustains the creation of sustainable institutions and businesses.

Long Term Objectives

objective_4 auiLearNet is affiliated with international organisations and institutions to offer certification courses, virtual consultation and virtual research that would contribute to the scenario of organisational development and growth of individuals.

The network will operate from its own premises offering announced face-to-face open workshops including residential workshops, offer national and international seminars.

Short Term Objectives

To achieve the above, the objectives are split into short term goals.
  1. In this period, the pursuit is finding affiliation, scouting for, contacting and forming the Core group and launching its first online paid workshop on experimental basis.
  2. Launching the Emotional Literacy using Appreciative Inquiry (EL>>AI) in Schools after piloting the programme in 5 local schools
  3. Initiate a certificate/certification course in collaboration in the area of Leadership and Emotional Literacy in Schools
  4. Forming Emotional Literacy Clubs in Schools
  5. Operate on a platform for virtual discussion, learning and relationship


The methodology will comprise asynchronous and synchronous meetings – chats, webinars – and posting on the board for the various activities conducted in the virtual space.

The face-to-face programmes will be in the form of open workshops and paid programmes.
